What: On Towns Road, people with pools have a disgusting runoff. It contains green fungi and moss. What I want to do is stop people from letting their runoff from pools enter the street. if they can not help this, I want them to sweep their runoff off the street and into a drain.
Why: I want them to do this because it is disgusting to walk across this runoff, especially when you are wearing open shoes.
How: I will know when the owners of the pools have stopped when I no longer have to walk over the runoff.
